How to become a Russian River Blues Festival Vendor

It’s that time of year again; time to sign up to participate in this summer’s TWO AWARD-WINNING MUSIC FESTIVALS on Johnson’s Beach in Guerneville, California.
After getting feedback from vendors who have participated in past festivals, we have changed the date for Russian River Blues Festival to the third weekend in June, on the 16th & 17th.
Jazz On The River will remain on the first weekend after Labor Day on September 8th & 9th.
To make it more convenient, the contracts/applications apply to both 2007 festivals. Please read each carefully, review the terms and conditions, fill in the appropriate information, and return each signed contract with a check or money order for the amount of the space plus the $50.00 refundable security/cleaning deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: A SINGLE VENDOR MAY RESERVE MORE THAN ONE SPACE.
We will review your application, sign it, and return a copy to you. (Please list menu items and/or all merchandise to be sold).
For your convenience, both applications may be submitted in the same envelope. However, if you will be participating in both festivals, make sure you complete and mail back both application forms with separate checks made payable to each festival’s name.
Remember that we can only guarantee your space if we receive your signed applications, accompanied by your fees. Last year the Russian River Blues Festival sold out! If you want to participate, it is important that you send in a check for each festival as soon as possible. Space is guaranteed only upon receipt of payment. Applications received without a payment will not be processed.

Russian River Blues Festival:

As always, the Festival will provide security guards to patrol the concession area from 6:00PM on the Friday preceding the festival through 6:00PM on Sunday, the last day of the festival. However, merchandise left unattended is done so at the vendor’s risk.
All vendors will be required to display their seller’s permit in compliance with the California State Board of Equalization. Food vendors must also comply with all Sonoma County Public Health Department requirements.
Food Vendors:
As always, beer will be sold only at the main, permanent concession stand and wine only at the festival wine tasting. NO glass bottles or cans are allowed on the beach. NO mineral/spring water sales without prior permission.
At the direction of the Sonoma County Public Health Department, all food vendors must submit a copy of the “Special Events Food Sales Information” form to the Health Department no later than two weeks prior to the event. Our festival office will send you the necessary forms 4 weeks prior to each festival. DO NOT TAKE THIS REQUIREMENT LIGHTLY.
